This community discussion led by Kai Durant, a Community Relations Specialist with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. With a background in Sociology and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and a Master's in Social Work focusing on policy from Columbia University, Kai brings extensive experience in community outreach, advocacy, and organizing.
