BLKHLTH Conversations: Protecting the Lives of Black Birthing People

  • National Center for Civil and Human Rights 100 Ivan Allen Junior Boulevard Northwest Atlanta, GA, 30313 United States (map)

Join BLKHLTH for a meaningful event focused on preventing maternal near miss events, where Black birthing people face life-threatening complications during pregnancy, birth, or shortly after but survive with timely care. This gathering will unite moms, community members, families, researchers, and advocates to discuss ways to improve the health and safety of Black birthing people. Enjoy a free brunch, validated parking, and a tour of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Let’s ensure safe, healthy births for all—see you there!
