3. Purchase online by clicking on the "Events / Merchandise" link. (CEU's will appear as an "event" in our Calendar.) Simply click on the single title you want or the package of all 5. Then click "Purchase Now;" completing the form as required. The shipping cost is already included in the total. No need to pay any attention to the dates - this just keeps the DVDs live on the calendar.

5. Watch DVD, answer questions and evaluation form. Send answers and evaluation to above address via email or regular mail.
6. Upon receipt of your answers, a CEU Certificate will be sent to you via email or mail.
